In Ms.Tomlins Participation In Government we are discussing different type of court cases and the outcomes of these cases and she also gave usba project on a variety of cases and we have to go in depth about the case you have chosen and tell your peers about the outcomes of the case and who was involved and what started the case.

    Why do you think you're learning about this? What is the value in studying the Supreme Court? Which case are you covering for your project?

      I think we learning about this so we can have a better understanding about this specific court system and Monroe V Davis(1999)
